SYSCOM’s client is seeking highly skilled Information Security Analysts for a multi-year project supporting a modernization effort.

Work location: Primary work location is Onsite in Baton Rouge, LA 70802. Remote work will be allowed on occasion and with permission from the manager.
Project duration: upon hire until June 30, 2029, with possible extension.

Job Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to following:

Managing InfoSec Identity Management requests through the internal Ivanti ticketing system
Active Directory account creation/deletion
Active Directory group membership management
Active directory file share permission management
Privileged account management

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience performing the role of Information Security Analyst or related position.
Creating Active Directory users and groups.
Managing Active Directory users and groups
Understanding Active Directory enterprise wide deployments with multiple forests.
Managing and reviewing Microsoft Group Policy
Reviewing and processing information security requests.
Ability to work onsite in Baton Rouge, LA during normal business hours (Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm).
Ability to provide a minimum of three (3) business references for positions worked at within the last five (5) years.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:

Basic PowerShell Knowledge
Compliance, or audit experience
Experience managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems
Documenting, Testing, and Reviewing Information Security Controls.
Coordinating notifications, responses, and escalations for security events and incident management activities
